You will receive a certificate of authenticity and receipt along with your purchase. A gift receipt will also be included if requested. The certificate will list the materials used when known. The certificate is on translucent vellum, acid- and chlorine-free, and placed in a thick plastic sleeve to keep it nice and flat. Originals on paper are sent in an acid-free clear protective bag, thick plastic sleeve, or other protective cover depending on size. It is recommended that you promptly frame the artwork with proper archival-quality materials and UV-filtering plexiglas or glass. Large paintings on canvas are shipped unstretched and rolled. 18x24 canvases are shipped stretched.
Prices listed are in U.S. dollars. There is no additional charge for standard shipping within the U.S. If you would like to order from anywhere else please contact me first with an address so I can let you know if I can ship there and give you an accurate shipping charge. Please note your country may charge additional fees I have no control over. Payment will be verified through PayPal and must clear before I will ship. Shipment method will be at my discretion but is normally by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, depending on size. Large rolled canvases are shipped by UPS. A signature is normally required at the time of delivery. Higher priced items may require an additional waiting period for payment to clear or may only be sold if you are PayPal Verified AND are shipping to a PayPal confirmed address at my discretion. If you'd like to pay by check or money order that would be fine, just email me and I'll send you an address. There will be a delay in shipment while they wait to clear.

please feel free to contact me with an offer. I may tell you I'm not ready to part with it yet, but it can't hurt to ask! You may also email me to put a hold on an unfinished piece (you will receive a confirmation reply).

These are hand-painted paintings, not photos that have been digitally manipulated and then printed. Home portraits normally take me around 15 hours to complete, plus administrative time for reviewing submitted photos, scanning, creating the certificate, receipt, packaging, etc., for a total easily over 20 hours. Shipping and a charitable donation also come out of the sale price. Because of the time investment, I do trace a portion of the image onto the paper to speed up the process. Houses tend to be very detailed. Reproducing angles and curves 100% freehand is something I can do with skill, but it does take considerably longer to do. My preference is to keep your cost reasonable.
Sorry, beyond the items listed above, I am not available for custom/consignment work. I quit making custom databases for people because I started to strongly resent it, hate doing it, this programming thing that I had become addicted to, this thing I called a drug that I had to do every day, this thing that was actually profitable. I just don't work well for other people. I never want to resent art and for that reason I do not accept most commissions. The types I do accept do not require me to try to take on someone else's "vision" as they are direct from a photo and so are not an issue.
Many of the pages have small Add to Cart buttons next to 8.5"x11" prints. This will add a standard print to your shopping cart. Standard is considered a 7" wide image on 8.5"x11" photo paper. View details here...
